• Assist in overall day to day administration and operations matter;
• Assist in Procurement Process;
• Keep up to date inventory record of expendable & non-expendable assets and items;
• Assist in required recruitment process and contract management;
• Maintain time sheet and leave record of staff;
• Initiate payment process in due time for service provide and suppliers;
• Keep record of payment;
• Assist in drafting project progress financial reports and documents, including fund installments and
monthly expenditure reviews;
• Guide implementation partners on preparation of financial reports as per the UN-Habitat
requirement;
• Assist for preparing project budgets;
• Keep record of common operations cost by projects;
• Assist in logistical arrangements for national and international travel including obtaining security
clearances, booking tickets, visas and assisting staff in preparing and processing travel claims;
• Provide logistical support for conducting meetings, workshops and trainings;
• Maintain administration and programme related filing system (soft copy and hard copy);
• Responsible for all secretarial duties required by the project;
• Participate in UN Joint Admin, Procurement and Finance Working Groups;
• Assist other UN-Habitat Programmes in overall Administrative and Financial in day-to-day operations;
• Consider the activities from the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) sensitivity perspectives.
• Keep ethical value in every performance;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrative and Finance Officer; Project Officer and Head
of Office.
