• Supervise and manage overall branch operations.

• Lead and support technical and sales teams to achieve company targets.

• Monitor daily service performance, customer issues, and field activities.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

• Maintain coordination with the head office for reporting and updates.

• Handle local marketing and promotional activities to expand customer reach.

• Manage inventory, equipment, and operational resources of the branch.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Knowledge of ISP operations, networking concepts, and internet services. 

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ISP, telecommunications, networking, or related industry. 
• Prior experience in branch operations or team management preferred.
