  Job Description:
  • Assist technicians in internet installation and maintenance activities.
  • Support field operations and customer service requests.
  • Visit customer locations as assigned.
  • Carry and handle networking equipment safely.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain daily field activity reports.
  • Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must own a motorcycle.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Education + Experience
  • Minimum SEE/SLC or equivalent.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior field experience will be an added advantage.
