* Install and activate fiber internet connections at customer premises.
* Install, configure, and test routers, ONTs, Wi-Fi devices, and other networking equipment.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic and network infrastructure.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity, hardware, and network-related issues.
* Conduct site surveys and ensure installations comply with company standards.
* Respond promptly to customer service requests and technical support calls.
* Test and verify network performance after installation, maintenance, or repairs.
* Prepare and submit daily service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
* Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
* Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards during field operations.
* Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned inventory.
* Educate customers on the proper use of internet services and networking devices.
* Travel within the assigned service area as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Knowledge of fiber optic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Understanding of routers, switches, ONTs, and Wi-Fi devices.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Familiarity with fiber splicing and testing equipment is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor environments.
* Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
* Valid motorcycle driving license is preferred.

Education + Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fiber internet installation, telecommunications, networking, or field technical support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
