  Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, screening CVs, coordinating interviews).

  • Maintain employee database, attendance records, and HR files.

  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.

  • Assist in drafting letters, notices, and HR-related documents.

  • Help organize trainings, meetings, and internal events.

  • Coordinate with different departments to collect required HR information.

  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.

  • Assist HR Manager in administrative and operational tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Management, Business Studies, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s running students (Management/HR preferred)
  • Duration: 3 months
