• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, materials, and supplies.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, GRNs, and invoices.

• Monitor transportation, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.

• Communicate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

• Maintain warehouse organization, storage, and safety standards.

• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Handle documentation for import/export (if applicable).

• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, or logistics-related issues.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Time management and multitasking ability.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Basic understanding of warehouse and inventory software (added advantage).

Education + Experience

Minimum +2 cleared
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain preferred.
