  Job Description:
  • Lead the overall implementation of the REGAIN project.
  • Ensure effective, timely, accountable, and policy-compliant implementation of project activities.
  • Coordinate with government, non-government, community, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Manage and supervise project staff and ensure effective human resource management.
  • Coordinate project finance, administration, and resource management.
  • Monitor project progress against approved plans, objectives, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and monitor project partners for effective project implementation.
  • Identify implementation challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review project reports and other required documentation.
  • Represent the project in relevant meetings and coordination forums.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular field visits to project sites in Rasuwa.
  • Promote gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction throughout project implementation.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the project as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in managing projects, human resources, finance, administration, and partners.
  • Experience working with government agencies in post-disaster contexts.
  • Strong project management, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites in Rasuwa.
Education + Experience
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in humanitarian response, disaster management, emergency relief, or early recovery.
  • At least 3 years of experience in senior project management roles.
