  Job Description:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, social media, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Promote the company's recruitment, outsourcing, payroll management, and HR solutions.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, NGOs/INGOs, government institutions, and private sector companies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Identify opportunities for long-term outsourcing and manpower supply contracts.

2. Government Sector Business Development & Tender Management
- Identify government outsourcing opportunities, manpower supply requirements, and procurement notices.
- Monitor tender announcements, procurement portals, and government bidding opportunities.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents, EOIs (Expression of Interest), RFPs (Request for Proposal), quotations, and business proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission deadlines.
- Maintain records of tender participation, bid results, and government contracts.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Coordinate with clients regarding recruitment progress, employee deployment, and service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

4. Recruitment & Outsourcing Coordination
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding employee deployment and outsourcing services.s.
- Assist in workforce planning and staffing solutions for clients.

5. Proposal, Contract & Documentation Management
- Prepare business proposals, service agreements, quotations, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and related business documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation of business transactions and client records.
- Support contract renewal and service extension processes.

6. Market Research & Business Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Identify new industries and organizations that can benefit from recruitment and outsourcing services.
- Analyze market demands and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Monitor client feedback and market developments to improve service offerings.
- Develop strategies for expanding recruitment and outsourcing services into new sectors.

7. Reporting & Record Management
- Maintain records of leads, client visits, meetings, proposals, tenders, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Track sales performance and business growth metrics.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, tender bidding, and contract management.
- Ability to prepare tender documents, technical proposals, financial proposals, and business quotations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and workforce outsourcing regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Must possess a valid Bike/Scooter Driving License.

Education + Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, HR Services, or Tender Management will be an advantage.
- Experience in government procurement, tender bidding, or manpower outsourcing projects is highly preferred. 
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication, networking, sales, and marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
