  Job Description:

1)Outsourcing & Employee Coordination

* Coordinate with outsourced employees regarding attendance, leave, deployment, and documentation.
* Maintain records of deployed employees and client assignments.
* Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced staff.
* Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documents.
* Act as a liaison between clients, employees, and internal departments regarding workforce-related matters.
* Follow up with employees regarding attendance, reporting, and compliance requirements.

2) HR Operations & Administration

* Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
* Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
* Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
* Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and employee-related information.
* Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record management.
* Assist in daily administrative and HR-related activities.

3)Employee Relations & Support

* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and employment matters.
* Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
* Assist in resolving routine employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
* Maintain professional communication with employees and clients.
* Promote a positive and productive work environment.

4) Compliance & Documentation

* Ensure employee records comply with company policies and labor regulations.
* Maintain statutory and compliance-related documentation as required.
* Assist during audits and compliance reviews by providing relevant HR records.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

5) Reporting & Record Management

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
* Maintain attendance, employee deployment, leave, and workforce records.
* Generate HR-related reports and summaries for management.
* Ensure accuracy and timely updating of HR databases and documentation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Basic understanding of HR operations and employee management.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Email.
Education + Experience
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  •  Prior experience in HR, administration, outsourcing coordination, or employee management will be an advantage.
  •  Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
