Master’s Degree in Management or Humanities (Economics)
Minimum Second Division or equivalent
Degrees from foreign universities must have an equivalency certificate
Minimum 7 years of managerial-level experience in:
Banking sector
Financial institutions
Cooperative sector
Or related sector
Must have experience handling operations, administration, compliance, and strategic planning
Strong understanding of financial management, banking operations, and cooperative sector
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (NRB directives, policies, and standards)
Ability to create and implement business plans and performance monitoring systems
Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead multiple departments and manage cross-functional teams
Strong leadership with the ability to guide department heads
Expertise in decision-making and operational management
