  Job Description:
  • Manage daily sales activities, lead generation, and CRM updates
  • Oversee installations, payments, and NETTV operations
  • Supervise field and front desk team performance
  • Recruit and train sales agents; manage branding materials
  • Execute monthly sales and local marketing campaigns
  • Resolve field issues within 24 hours
  • Support HR in recruitment, leave, OT, and admin tasks
  • Maintain fuel log, petty cash, and staff duty schedules
  • Coordinate with Head Office & logistics; prepare monthly reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • MS Office, email & internet proficiency
  • Strong leadership and team coordination
  • Communication & problem-solving skills
  • Must have a 2-wheeler with valid license
  • Willingness to travel as required
Education + Experience
