  Job Description:

  • Visit assigned neighborhoods and approach potential customers door-to-door.

  • Present and explain company products/services effectively.

  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

  • Gather customer feedback and report market insights.

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum: SLC/+2 (Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory).

  • Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Physically active and comfortable walking long distances.

  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.

  • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
