  Job Description:

1. Financial Planning & Advisory Support

  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations, board reports, and management reports.
  • Support investment evaluations, business expansion initiatives, and financial due diligence.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

2. Multi-Entity Finance Oversight

  • Coordinate finance activities across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
  • Ensure consistency in accounting policies, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
  • Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reports.
  • Support finance teams in maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting.

3. MIS, Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs across business entities.
  • Conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis and identify key performance trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Assist in identifying financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Support implementation of risk mitigation strategies and internal control measures.
  • Coordinate tax compliance, statutory filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and organizational policies.

5. Governance & Financial Controls

  • Support the strengthening of internal controls and financial processes.
  • Assist internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support governance, reporting, and compliance requirements for management and stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education + Experience
  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ICAI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related discipline.
  • CA Finalist preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (excluding articleship).
  • Experience in accounting, audit, finance, FP&A, controllership, or related functions.
  • Exposure to multi-entity or group-level finance operations is preferred.
