Outsourcing & Employee Coordination

  • Coordinate with outsourced employees regarding attendance, leave, deployment, and documentation.
  • Maintain records of deployed employees and client assignments.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Follow up on attendance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • • Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and internal departments.

  • Maintain employee files and HR databases.
  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Support payroll preparation and HR administrative activities.
  • Ensure accurate record management and documentation.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and employment matters.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving routine employee concerns.
  • Maintain professional communication with employees and clients.

  • Ensure employee records comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain statutory and compliance-related documentation.
  • Support audits and implementation of HR policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and workforce records.
  • Generate HR-related reports and summaries for management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and employee management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Email.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 6 month - 1 year of experience in HR, administration, outsourcing coordination, or employee management will be an advantage.
