* Manage employee registration, updates, and exit processes in the Social Security Fund (SSF) system.
* Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and maintain accurate records.
* Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents required for SSF compliance.
* Collect, verify, and maintain employee KYC documents (Citizenship, PAN, bank details, photographs, etc.) to ensure accurate employee records and statutory compliance.
* Coordinate with employees regarding SSF enrollment, claims, and related documentation.
* Ensure timely submission of SSF-related reports and compliance documents.
* Maintain accurate employee files and statutory compliance records.
* Assist in onboarding documentation with a focus on SSF requirements.
* Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents as required.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with SSF and labor regulations.
* Perform other SSF and HR administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
* Basic understanding of Nepal's Social Security Fund (SSF) procedures and the Nepal Labor Act.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree completed or running in HRM, BBA, Management, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Prior internship or experience in SSF, payroll, or HR operations will be an added advantage.
