• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvements and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in software development.
• Proven experience managing multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Education + Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
