  Job Description:
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
  • Calculate bonuses, incentives, deductions, taxes, and other benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll updates.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
  • Assist in bank transfers and salary disbursement processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Prior experience in payroll, accounting, or HR operations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of taxation and labor laws.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
Education + Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
