Responsibilities

Banking & Financial Coordination
Handle bank-related activities including cash withdrawals, deposits, and document submissions
Coordinate salary authority documentation with banks
Manage bank guarantee collection and related follow-up activities
Deposit cheques and maintain proper banking transaction records

ID Card & Employee Support
Prepare employee ID cards
Coordinate courier dispatch of ID cards for employees outside the valley
Maintain records of issued ID cards and related documents

Courier & Document Management
Handle courier dispatch and receipt of official documents
Track and follow up dispatched documents until delivery confirmation
Maintain proper courier and document records

Office Assets & Procurement
Procure office supplies and assets as per departmental requirements
Manage stationery, ID card holders, kitchen supplies, and other office materials
Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of office essentials

Vendor Coordination & Payments
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office purchases and services
Process and follow up vendor payments in coordination with the finance department
Maintain vendor records, bills, and supporting documents

General Administration

Support daily administrative and operational activities of the office
Maintain proper filing systems and administrative documentation
Assist departments with administrative requirements as needed
Ensure smooth coordination and office support functions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of banking and administrative procedures
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Record Keeping)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Prior experience in administration or office operations will be an advantage
  • Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike/scooter is compulsory
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
