• Assist customers and visitors with basic information and guidance.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the branch.
• Support branch staff in providing efficient and timely customer service.
• Handle assigned responsibilities properly and complete tasks within the given timeframe.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other branch-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or branch management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum +2 qualification in any discipline.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Local candidates from the respective branch locations are preferred.

• Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
