  Job Description:
  • Provides technical leadership to strengthen digital governance systems in the provincial government
  • Develops and supports e-governance platforms and digital transformation initiatives
  • Enhances knowledge management systems within government institutions
  • Supports ministries, OCMCM, Provincial Assembly, and local governments in:
    • Designing digital systems
    • Implementing digital solutions aligned with federal standards
  • Improves digital public service delivery across government institutions
  • Promotes transparency and accountability through digital tools and platforms
  • Strengthens institutional learning and information sharing systems
  • Facilitates citizen engagement through innovative digital platforms
  • Ensures all digital initiatives align with federal policies and standards
  • Drives innovation in public sector digitalization and governance systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Master’s in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years experience in digital governance / e-governance
  • Expertise in digital systems design and implementation
  • Experience in government digital transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management systems
  • Ability to develop and manage digital platforms
  • Experience working with public sector institutions preferred
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to inclusion and public service improvement
Education + Experience

Master’s degree in:

  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Or other related fields
