Promote and demonstrate pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Implement sales strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
Ensure proper product availability in the assigned region.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share field insights.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.
Attend medical conferences, seminars, and training sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Health, or related field (preferred).
Experience as an MR or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
Basic computer skills and reporting ability.
