• Prepare, maintain, and update monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual MIS reports.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing budgeted and actual financial performance and highlight key business trends.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting for management.
• Maintain financial databases and records to support reporting and analysis.
• Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and planning models.
• Monitor budget utilization and report significant variances.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect financial and operational data.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial reports and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve MIS processes and reporting efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education + Experience

• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, or
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
