• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform routine system updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end users and internal teams.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure IT security best practices are followed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Experience with server monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to technical issues.

Education + Experience

• Minimum 1 year in System Administration or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
