• Lead annual operating plans (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain consolidated financial models and investor-ready financial reports.
• Prepare board presentations, investment analysis, and capital allocation reports.
• Oversee finance operations across diversified business units and standardize accounting practices.
• Coordinate with unit-level finance teams to ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Review monthly closing, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Design and maintain group-wide MIS dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
• Conduct budget variance analysis, performance benchmarking, and trend analysis.
• Identify financial, operational, compliance, and liquidity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting across all entities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, Lookups, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and preparing investor or board presentations.
• Experience using Tally, ERP systems, and multi-entity financial consolidation.
• Sound understanding of Nepal's Income Tax Act 2058, VAT Act 2052, and Companies Act 2063.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.

Education + Experience

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA / ACCA / MBA / MBS.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, finance, or controllership.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or group business structure is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to IT, Education, or NGO/Trust sectors will be an added advantage.
